Itinerary

DAY 1    Phnom Penh Arrival
Upon arrival at Phnom Penh International Airport, warmly welcomed by your local guide and transferred to your hotel..In the afternoon, visit the National Museum, the Silver Pagoda, the Royal Palace and Wat Phnom hill, founding place of the city. Overnight in Phnom Penh (B)

DAY 2    Phnom Penh – Battambang
After breakfast, depart Phnom Penh for Battambang by private transfer. In the afternoon, visit Wat Ek Phnom, an 11th century temple north of Battambang and explore the city. Overnight in Battambang (B)

DAY 3    Battambang
After breakfast, circus performance at Phare Ponleu Selpak and then make an excursion to Phnom Sampoeu, Memorial for Khmer Rouge victims in a cave, before continuing to the Pagoda on top of the hill. In the afternoon, visit Phnom Banan Hill. Climb the 337 steps (80m high) to reach the temple. Visit ancient Banan temple and enjoy the breathtaking view over the surrounding plains. Then Enjoy a bamboo train before return to your hotel. Overnight in Battambang (B)

DAY 4    Battambang – Siem Reap
After breakfast, transfer to Siem Reap by private coach with tour guide. Upon arrival, drive to Lake Tonle Sap where you will have the opportunity to learn about life on the lake. Tonle Sap is Sout East Asia’s largest freshwater lake with its size varying greatly depending on the season. During the dry season it is roughly 2,500 km2, swelling to about 4 times it size in during the wet season: 10,000 km2! We will board a boat and visit the Chong Kneah village where we’ll see floating houses, farms and even a floating hospital. PM visit the Angkor period at Roluos, Preah Ko, Bakong and Lolei . Overnight in Siem Reap (B)

DAY 5    Siem Reap
After breakfast, visit Ta Prohm and the Small Circuit( visit Prasat Kravan, Bat Chum, Eastern Mebon and Pre Rup) catch the sunset over Angkor Wat from the summit of Phnom Bakheng . Overnight in Siem Reap (B)

DAY 6    Siem Reap
After breakfast, visit elegant temple of Banteay Srei, Kbal Spean, Banteay Samre and Phnom Bok. Overnight in Siem Reap (B)

DAY 7    Siem Reap
After breakfast, Visit Angkor Wat and the Grand Circuit. Neak Poan, Ta Som and Preah Khan . Overnight in Siem Reap (B)

DAY 8    Siem Reap Departure
Visit Angkor Thom (Victory Gate, the enigmatic faces of the Bayon, Baphuon, Phimean Akas, Terrace of the Elephants and the Terrace of the Leper King ). PM Les Artisans D’Angkor.  In the late afternoon, transfer to the airport for your departure flight. (B)
